Drunk-

Yesterday my class met Ruchi say about her Delhi visit. In lunch time she describe her Delhi visit among we best five friends. Her elder sister Rashmi weds with our jijaji rahul in March 09. Rahul jobbed in delhi as a marketing manager in Remend and Ruchi first time go where after marriage. Main think is that she drunk where very first time in this small age. She tell- my jija ji is very fashioned and open minded he allow and increase to ship whisky to me and sis. Before one time sis also drinking with jijaji so she was normal but I very surprised and fearful for this new experience, before telling about drunk he and she convenes me for privacy and not to tell about this in family or other person and they take me promise and than he offered me. That was a bar- restaurant and three more families are also drunk on that place these also have my age group girls and boy so I become strong. That was a metro culture drink for girls. I ship one but these was very hard and disgusting test so jiju and jiji laughing on me but after taking some snakes I able to drink more this was a very romantic and erotic experience jijaji and jiji sitting close and making love during drunk and I ship alone slowly. Now a other surprise for me jiji lit a cigarette frankly and smoking, didi not stop him beside this she also take a one breath with smoke, jiji offered me cigarette I never before try it but jiju say me its very light and he show he how take a smokes, and after courage rasmi didi I take a one smoke but these was very salty and I done kho-kho-kho. Every body seeing me and laugh softy but jijaji courage me and drove her hand on my back but I can not take more than three smokes, after this I hardly completed one PAG and didi completed two PAG and jiju completed fore PAG. That was a sensuous experience and good think is that it was very common in this restaurant and every body was busy with her group. After this joy we come at our flats which have one bedroom and my bed was in drying room. Not any friend believe on ruchies story because first thing is that - to give alcoholic drink to minors is not legally allowed in restaurant, second is ruche only say this falls story to increase her importance in our group, third is that he not tell a whiskies write test – that was sweet but Ruche says that was bitter

MC – problem –

Most of my classmates now a day suffer from period problem, she fear, and shamed about it, that’s a brand new experience for me, my mom almost sagest me about it, during period she treat me as a untouchable person, my monthly pocket money increase because to buy pad- and nutrition’s necessities due to period. I feel feminism, shy, proud, confidence, and a unmemorable experience about bigness.
Solution:-
One day Suruchi madam ask in my class whom girl started her period and mostly girls hands up beside some 7 or 8 girl included my best friend Suhani, and than Suruchi madam explain about periods - women have 300 to500 periods in a life time so it makes a sense to try to understand them . The menstrual cycle revolves around the main event ovulation. This s when an egg is produced by the ovaries and travels down the fallopian tube to be fertilized. This occurs 14 days after the first day of your period in a 28 day cycle and effected every cell of your body, having an effect on the way you feel. There is no such thing as a normal period and every body is different. A period is generally noted as a 28 day cycle but for some it could be 35 day while for other it’s a 21 day cycle. Moods may change when your body switches into a different hormonal gear, so help your self by following these guidelines:
1.- plot a monthly chart for at lest 6 month so you can see at a glance how long your period lasts, if your weight fluctuates and how it affects your moods and energy levels, this willl help you work with your body instead of against it.
2.- do not become a victim to your hormones. If you suffer bad PMS, allay symptoms with a change in diet.
Endometriosis
Do not accept penful periods as something that you have to put up with, if every month is a misery seek help from your doctor and chack you are not suffering from endometriosis.
What is it?
Endometriosis is when the womb lining is found growing in the wrong place , such as on the ovaries. This tissue responds to the harmonal cycle and sheds the blood during a period, but the blood remains in the abdominal cavity, causing intense pain.

Who,s at risk?
Endometriosis can be hereditary. According to a survey one in ten women in their reproductive years suffers, and young girle need to be alerted that it is not normal to have heavy painful periods throughout their cycle. There is a big problem if the disease is not diagnosed early . the sooner you seek help the better.
Overian cysts
These are fluid – filled sacs which appear on the ovaries. Most cysts are trouble –free and disapper witin two or three periods. Larger cysts can disrupt the cycle and cause pain, so if your periods pattren has changed, visit your doctor.
